Employee Productivity:
Consider cash flow on an hourly basis that internal employees contribute to EBITA compared to how much our service contributes to EBITA. Here is an example:
The company has $209,000,000 operating income. They have 2,000 non-factory employees. At 2,080 annual working hours that amounts to 4,160,000 total annual hours by these employees. 4,160,000/$209,000,000 = $50.24 per hour contributed to EBITA per employee. Our work, renegotiating their parcel shipping contracts, would result in at least 10% savings, or $16,000,000. Our project would require approximately 60 client-employee hours. Accordingly, our project would generate the equivalent of $266,666 per hour.
How many people are in your corporate office? It is impossible for their cash per employee number to beat our number.
